Trip to Korea (October 2018) - Part 1 PERSIAPAN URUS VISA

Sudah lama tidak mengisi Blog ini. Kini kembali memulai menulis dengan penuh keriangan seiring dengan bahagianya menikmati proses H-19 perjalanan menuju Korea. Trip berangkat ke Korea tanggal 23 - 28 Oktober 2018. Persiapan sebetulnya sudah dari Jauh2 hari. ikuti kisahnya dari mulai H-19 yaaa....

H-19 (4 Oktober 2018)
Hari ini mengunjungi Tempat Tour Jakarta, yang telah menjadi partner RPM Tour, Bekasi. Saya ditemani oleh 2 teman, menyerahkan berkas VISA yang telah lengkap.
Berkas2 yang dikumpulkan adalah :
1. Lembar Application Form (download di website Kedutaan Korea )
2. Paspor Asli & Copy (mengcopy halaman depan dan halaman yg sudah ada cap nya)
3. Pas Foto ukuran 3.5 x 4.5 cm sebanyak 2 lembar
4. Surat Keterangan Kerja / sponsor
5. SIUP, NPWP Perusahaan, Rekening koran Perusahaan
6. Lapor SPT dan PPH 21 (Pribadi)
7. Rekening Koran Pribadi (kop surat Bank, ASLI)
8. Surat Referensi Bank in English
9. Surat Keterangan Family yang ikut serta
10. Copy KTP, KK, Buku Nikah, NPWP

Application for South Korean VISA

Surat Keterangan Kerja yang di ttd oleh General Manager yang menerangkan: lama kerja, Periode travel, dan memastikan bahwa kita akan balik lagi ke Indonesia (sponsor).

Bukti Lapor SPT nya dua lembar ini yaaa yang dilampirkan (udah jelas dari tanggal penyampaiannya pun, gw telat lapor. tapi mendingan telat daripada gak lapor sama sekali kaaannn :D)
